Indeed. Updated git, removed all *.o and *.ppu from git and project source
and now it is working perfect. I had git revision from last saturday. So
seems that issue is outdated, sorry

focused ellipse textflags caused several changes in basesystem.

Almost perfect. Can you look at attached movie? Can it be related to some
missing (or added) option? Attached also mfm file. There are two issues
1. Caption is cut on the left when click on item but then repaired after
first resize using splitter
2. There is a weird gap when expanding treeitem (and NOT selecting first
child). You see it better at 00:29

git master f6145b038e7ff2597255df99d8860bf2fda729e8 allows ellipse flags in 
textflags active. Please additionally set optionsedit oe_homeonenter.

git master f6145b038e7ff2597255df99d8860bf2fda729e8 has 
ttreeitemedit.itemlist.boxglyph_* and options no_solidline.
In order to switch off line set colorline to cl_none.
