Hi, I'm working on the responses to the mini survey, and quite ofthen there is an itemization with a title of sorts. It makes sense to give such structures a bit different layout from a normal itemization. The small working group of 5 people was establish there. Nobody but me has context experience now, but I think it is not a serious drawback for translating. There was an interest (when the work will be finnished) to publish it in the Czechoslovac TeX Bulletin. Hans, Taco, Gerben, et al, With the new release of Context, it looks like you have the same: --ro=TEXMFMAIN I've attached my type-tmf-gw.dat and the type-tmf-gw.log that resulted from a run with: sudo texfont --encoding=ec type-tmf-gw.dat I did this by dropping type-tmf-gw.dat in ~/tmp/. The first time I ran it with: sudo texfont --ma --in type-tmf-gw.dat That got the texnansi encoding. I'm not sure that it is documented, but it is the value of the third argument of \starttypescript, and it valid until \stoptypescipt. If the actual argument was a list, then context will loop over each item in the list, each time with the next value in \typescriptthree. It's not ASCII by definition, but the current ConTeXt (pdfetex) can work with it no problem. Do I have to also do an updmap or enable or some such thing? 2. I note that on my office system, /usr/local/teTeX is owned by root:wheel. But done in my fonts directory, some files are owned by darnolddarn:admind and some by root:admin. Could this be a problem? [NTG-context] Drag and Drop and Authenticate on the Mac OS Tiger
Gerben et al, I am worried about an ownership problem in my texmf.local tree in GWTeX. I get this iwona font, then drag the folder doc/fonts/iwona from the download to /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/doc/fonts using drag and drop and finder. I am asked to authenticate and I do so. Opening a terminal window and checking the result, I find: fonts $ ls -l total 0 drwxr-xr-x8 root wheel 272 Nov 20 19:59 cm-super drwxrwxr-x 14 darnold wheel 476 Nov 27 19:27 iwona See how the result is owned by darnold:wheel? Is that gonna cause a problem? Should it be changed to root:wheel? Would it be OK to change to /usr/local/teTeX/share and then as root: chown -R root:wheel * Or would this be a bad idea? Gerben, I think maybe all these font thingys I've been trying out to go in ~/Library/texmf. What say you?
