Re: [NTG-context] end footnotes before new chapter starts?
Hi Steffen, Steffen Wolfrum wrote: When setuphead is defined with page=yes there shall NO footnote be written from a chapter/section before! Never. Not even a split note. Agreed. The same should be true in MKII, I absolutely consider the current failure of \flushfootnotes a bug, I just have no idea how to fix it. As there was no answer at all on this post: does it mean that there is no way to solve my problem?? Steffen Am 18.09.2009 um 10:58 schrieb Steffen Wolfrum: Hi, is there a way to end (flush) footnotes of a chapter before the next chapters starts? Please have a look at this double-page spread below, please: http://werksatz.com/attachments/spread.pdf Footnote no. 37 should be the first footnote that is printed under the footnote line of the first page of the new chapter (right). This is even more important/annoying when footnote numbering starts at 1 with a new chapter!!
