OBS: Deborah Allen, m.ob. on bird walk starting from Turtle Pond at 9am.

Highlights: Hairy Woodpecker, Pied-billed Grebe, and a lingering "Yellow" Palm 
Warbler. 

Canada Goose
Wood Duck - drake continues Pond at 59th Street (Deb after walk)
Gadwall - at least 18 Reservoir
American Black Duck - the Pond (Deb after walk)
Mallard - many as usual
Northern Shoveler - at least 20 Turtle Pond
Bufflehead - 9 (2 females & 7 males) Reservoir
Hooded Merganser - 6 (3 Turtle Pond, 3 Reservoir - Carine Mitchell)
Ruddy Duck - 150+ Reservoir
Double-crested Cormorant - 1 Reservoir
Pied-billed Grebe - Reservoir (with Gadwall flock)
American Coot 6 Reservoir, 1 Pond at 59th Street (one seen at Reservoir on walk)
Ring-billed, Herring, & Great Black-backed Gulls - Reservoir & flyovers
Accipiter sp. - flyover west side Reservoir
Red-tailed Hawk - immature flew in and perched near south end of Reservoir
Red-bellied Woodpecker - residents
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker - 2 (Sparrow Rock & Strawberry Fields - both Sandra 
Critelli)
Downy Woodpecker - residents
Hairy Woodpecker - male on the Point (probably the bird reported by J. Wassmer 
at feeders Nov. 12)
Blue Jay - many
Crow sp. - silent flyover
Black-capped Chickadee - most locations often groups of 2 or 3
Tufted Titmouse - still many
Red-breasted Nuthatch - Pinetum (Carine Mitchell &  Alison Schondorf)
White-breasted Nuthatch - most locations
Brown Creeper - Willow Rock (Sanjay)
Winter Wren - the Pond (Deb after walk)
Ruby-crowned Kinglet - the Oven (Andrea Hessel, MD)
Hermit Thrush - 3 Shakespeare Garden (Peter Haskel)
American Robin - many
Northern Mockingbird - the Pond (Deb after walk)
House Finch - 2 Cleopatra's Needle
Palm Warbler - continues just north of King of Poland
Fox Sparrow - the Point (Louise Burns)
White-throated Sparrow - many
Dark-eyed Junco - not many
Northern Cardinal - residents
Common Grackle - few

Pat Dubren reported a Golden-crowned Kinglet near Iphigene's Walk. 

Sandra Critelli spotted a Red Bat at Oak Bridge/Upper Lobe (I know it's a 
mammal).
