[nysbirds-l] Gyrfalcon in Seneca Falls area

2018-12-15 Thread Kyle Brock
I had heard some reports that the Gyrfalcon had returned to the area south
of Seneca Falls New York. I confirmed those reports shortly before sunset
at the Seneca Stone Company Quarry at Canoga and Hoster roads. Be advise
that this is a difficult bird to chase, as it hunts over a wide territory
during the day, from my prior experience with it. Good luck to any who try
:)
