I saw 1 SNOWY OWL & a light phased ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK at the Syracuse Airport around 10:00 this morning. Both birds were in the north section of the airport, seen from near the State Police barracks. The Snowy was a heavily barred individual and was sitting on the ground, while the Roughie was hunting along the back edge of the field.
