I would still prefer English, so I readily understand what people are talking about. I can understand typing from the field and wanting to keep it short. So, for example, something like Avocet can work just fine without American in front of it. Another thing. Isn't there a rule about signing your name? I find it hard to attach credibility to anonymous reports. No offense to anyone, but I don't know any chefs or czars, except maybe the basketball coach and announcer.
