[opendx-dev] Name-space collisions

1999-12-22 Thread gabra
I noticed that some internal names have been changed to avoid conflicts
with name-space collisions - good idea. In one of the most painful
(painful as in tedious - my idea of true pain is tedium) episodes in DX
history, we went through and changed all externally visible function names
to have a _dxf prefix, and all externally visible data names to begin with
_dxd. Some separated the prefix from the names with an underscore, eg
_dxf_foo, while others didn't - eg. _dxffoo. Now in the intervening years
its not clear that we've been completely consistant, but we have tried to
be. I think it'd be a good idea to try to preserve this.

For internal functions then, do you want them to be _dxf_function-name? I
will fix the ones I just did if that's the case?
