Sorry for the last empty message.

If I am not wrong, ISO standards specify 3 characters
for each country. Are you sure you want a two
characters codes ?

Well... You're both right. ISO3166 defines 2, 3 letter and 3 digit
conutry codes. (Polish codes are PL and 616 AFAIR)
