 add mariadb to the upgrade cycle if people were interested in that.

 However, we're not currently testing devstack with percona anywhere that I
 am aware of.

Unless you need ceilometer, you can try in your localrc of eliminating
ceilometer from the ENABLED_SERVICES. I know thats not the ulimate fix, but
it will get you up and running with devstack.

Agree with your assumption about moving this ti oslo, but good luck in
communicating with other groups in a timely manner. Also, other project
handle the screen a little differently that what I've experienced on the
server side, e.g. python-neutronclient.
