[openthinclient-user] Rdesktop problem
Hi, using the virtual appliance everything goes fine but: I can see and click (double-click) the icon on a thin client. The application seems to start: Rdesktop RDP client wird gestartet showing in the taskbar. After about 12 seconds it terminates. Nothing happens. Any ideas? Re: [openthinclient-user] Rdesktop problem
Hello, I guess, there is something wrong with the configuration. Try to start the rdesktop application in the shell: 1) open a shell with strg+alt+shift+x 2) right click on the rdesktop-icon - properties - launcher 3) copy the complete command line (with hash) 4) insert the command line in the shell and look what happens Good luck! Re: [openthinclient-user] Autohide gnome taskbar - put it in the backgroung
Hi! Usually: 1.Go to Applications System Tools Configuration Editor 2. In the configuration editor, go to apps/panel/top level 3. In this folder there will be a few folders called something like panel_0, panel_1, top_panel_screen0 or similar. These folders are the options for your respective panels. Find the ones with autohide checked: these are your panels that you have set to autohide (obviously). 4. Right click and Edit Key... on each of the fields listed below and set these values: Name = Value auto_hide_size = 0 hide_delay = 300 unhide_delay = 0 Where are these settings located so I can make them available to the Thin-Clients? I need to deactivate the Mouse Wheel as well. Any ideas? Regards Eicke Von: Eicke Kemm / kemm|it [mailto:ei...@kemm.de] Gesendet: Mittwoch, 20.
