[openthinclient-user] OTC Consus als Client für RHEV
Hallo, besteht die Möglichkeit OTC Consus als Client für Red Hat Enterprise Virtualisation einzusetzen? Der User muss sich dazu per Web-Interface am RHEV-User-Portal anmelden um dann eine Verbindung zu den ihm zur Verfügung gestellten VM's herzustellen. RHEV arbeitet für die Konsolenverbindung mit dem Spice-Protokoll und der Browser benötigt ein entsprechendes Spice-Plugin. Thanks for the reply but I'm still having issues. This is exactly what I did on my ubuntu system. sudo tar -cvzf /opt/openthinclient/server/default/data/nfs/root/opt/ica-client-12/keystore/cacerts/citrix.tar.gz /opt/openthinclient/server/default/data/nfs/root/opt/ica-client-12/keystore/cacerts/citrix.cer So if I ls into /opt/openthinclient/server/default/data/nfs/root/opt/ica-client-12/keystore/cacerts I see citrix.cer and citrix.tar.gz. When I boot the thin client I see that citrix.tar.gz gets loaded successfully but when I get logged into the desktop I just have a citrix receiver shortcut and when I double click on it it says starting citrix receiver12 then it goes away. After a minute or so the message You have not chosen to trust...etc SSL error 61. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks for the help! I used 7zip to make a tar.gz file and was going to copy it to openthinclient\server\default\data\nfs\root\custom\packages but the 'packages' directory was not there. So I right clicked and created a directory under 'custom' called 'packages' and placed the citrix.tar.gz in it but I still get the SSL error. I also decided to install openthinclient on a ubuntu linux machine and I did the same thing. I did: sudo tar -cvzf citrix.tar.gz citrix.cer then created the packages directory and moved the tar file in there. I also did a chmod 777 citrix.tar.gz and a chown -R nobody /packages. I then changed my DHCP info to point to the linux machine but I still receive the same error. Any more thoughts? I'm trying to setup my citrix receiver and I get this error you have not chosen to trust 'blah blah Go Daddy Group blah blah' the issuer of the server's security certificate (SSL error 61). I have the proper certificate to use to trust the server's certificate I just don't know where to put it so the client gets it. For instance, if I wasn't using PXE and I booted up a HP thin client I would copy our citrix.cer file to /usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts to the HP client then reboot. Then I could boot into my citrix VM with the HP. Where would I put that file to have all my PXE boot clients pick up that cert file? Right now I have OTC installed on a Windows 2008 server but I could also install it on a linux machine. Any recommendations? Thanks Salina Vortex?
