If the server hasn't an internet connection, there are problems with name resolution. After long time with no DNS-response, the client has got a time-out and continues its boot sequence. Hello Rob, the DNS does not work. If the server hasn't an internet connection, there are problems with name resolution. After long time with no DNS-response, the client has got a time-out and continues its boot sequence. Please configure a local DNS e.g. in your router or DHCP-server, this should solve the problem.
