You can simply delete the files (but not the folders). The logs are for 
human consumption only, so nothing will break if they are missing.

[openthinclient-user] Safe way to delete openthinclient log files

Hello,

Is there a safe or an appropriate way to delete the logs files located in the 
following directories?

  *   /opt/openthinclient/server/default/data/nfs/root/var/log
  *   /opt/openthinclient/wrapper/logs

Right now, our OTC installation has about 25GB of log files in these folders 
and the server is running out of space.

I don't know if it's as simple as select and delete them, or if it's needed to 
execute a cleanup procedure to avoid any problem with the server.
