Yeah, I was thinking Powershell with a scheduled task would do but I was hoping
for some prettier formatting and maybe some branding. :)

Not used the tool - so cant comment on it. I would probably look towards doing
something custom to meet the requirement:
- Timer job timer job to export the list including content; or
- Windows Scheduled job to run Powershell to backup the list on monthly basis

I have the need to snapshot an entire list on a monthly schedule and either
copy it to a new list item, or email it as html.
Has anyone ever used Hareflow Workflow

Or have any better idea on how to achieve this?
