Hi! This is a guide using JFW, but it is written very well and even if you
are not a jaws user it's full of great information.

Sangean PRD4W Radio

Hi!

I sent a review of this new radio from Sangean to the list a week or so 
back.


The PRD4W is the new AM/FM set which has extremely good sensitivity - 
95% as good as the CC 2E on AM and as good on FM - as well as having a 
whole swag of other functions such as variable band width selection on 
both FM and AM bands.


Thankfully I was able to order one of these sets however Universal Radio 
were sold out so I'll have to wait until stock is back in again, I was 
told this will take around 6 weeks.


Of course 6 weeks is far too long , I want that wonderful radio 
set now but then again.. well.. all good things come to those who are 
prepared to wait.

Yep folks, yet another radio from Sangean and this one looks as though it could 
be a piece of furniture well worth having as you’ll see from the linked page.

I would imagine a similar model will be available in the U.S. but without the 
Digital Radio.

Unfortunately this radio is not available in Australia yet, that’s how new it 
is.

I’ve been in contact with Sangean Australia who say they will advise me when 
its available.
