Regarding Sally Green (The Village Vamp) (Recorded 1920)
No longer had the original email, so no address for me to send to privately. This is on Youtube so I grabbed it and uploaded it to Sendspace, (you will find most things on Youtube). (It's in .wav format). Sally Green (The Village Vamp) (Recorded 1920).wav (16.12MB) https://www.sendspace.com/file/nh8w2a
Re: how on earth do you play/record this audio stream?
This is indeed odd. I'm running win 7 32 bit and firefox, clicked on the link, waited what felt like ages, no audio. Firefox is up full volume etc. Are these buttons in the embedded object unlabeled for everyone? I'll try recording it with sound forge which I have. Hi. I got it to play but it did take a minute or so. Try pressing enter on the link, but leave the page open for a minute or two, and see if the music doesn't start playing on its own. Curious. I recorded this with Sound forge. However it also recorded the Jaws speech as well, which is created on another sound card and would not ever get recorded this way. I tested the recording processs on a YouTube file and it just recorded the sound from YouTube and not the Jaws. Does This Exist?
Looking for a program which will convert a sound file (.mp3, .wav, etc) to text. Is there a utility which will do this? Cheers Andrea
