Interesting question and you’re probably right.

I’m not saying I’m a Bluetooth expert but I’ve played around with Bluetooth for 
long enough an I’ve not yet heard of such a thing, not saying there isn’t of 
course.

I think that Blue Tooth is just flat out limited on the distance it
will work.  Years ago, I had heard that it was going away, but it got a new
life from the phones that use it.  But, it just has built in limitations.

So, no, I have never heard of a signal booster for Blue Tooth.
