Yep and that's just it, how to issue that gesture when you're not using
a touch screen? I think I can import labels somehow by the look of
things so - if that can be done - then that's the way I'll go but its
not a crucial issue for the Media Center App, I've used so many CD
players in my life that I know the order of the basic transport layout
by heart and its emulated with the transport controls in Media Center.

For example on the very left you have previous track, then previous 10
seconds, play/pause, skip 10 seconds, next track, play mode and then volume.

Okay, I received the box 2 days ago, had a very short play with the box
Yesterday morning and a longer exploration a few hours ago.

I'm surprised at just how accessible Android on this box is and I've
been able to access and use many of the features with just the remote
controller though a keyboard - whether it be Bluetooth or USB - is
certainly a handy adition at times particularly when it comes to
entering Passwords and the like.

I'm not saying that entering Passwords isn't impossible to do with the
remote controller I just haven't found out how its doen yet if indeed it
can be done, when on the keyboard with the remote control nothing seems
to speak with Talkback so I might try Shine and see if that makes any
difference.

So having everything set up to my liking it was time to have a look at
playing media with this box which is precisely what I bought it for and
lookign round the selection of preinstalled Apps I discovered a Media
Center App.

The App seems to be quite a versatile one, I've not gone into it
thoroughly but it would appear that you can stream from - play media to
another device from the box - or stream to - take media from a server or
another device and stream it to the box - using DLNA and Airplay, didn't
get the Airplay functions to work but the DLNA functions were easy
enough to set, I continued listening to the 26 Hours serial through the
MINIX Neo X8 which was connected to my Bose Soundlink Mini via Bluetooth.

Unfortunatley the buttons in the player of Media Center aren't labeled
but they're arranged in a logical order so if you're familiar with the
buttons on a CD player than you'll know exactly where the previous,
play/pause and next buttons are so this bets the question is there any
way to creat labels for Talkback to identify these buttons and import
them onto the MINIX Neo X8?
