He was amazing for his ability to not only remain cheerful in face of so many things, but also to actually spread his cheer to others. Sad news. I never met James in person but corresponded by email on several occasions and he was always a very helpful and friendly person. I'm sure that he will be missed by his friends and family. -p Original Message Subject: [PD] RIP James E. jamie/tigital, thankyou so much for your gracious contributions and tireless efforts to make this community something brilliant and inspiring. your loss is very profound as a gem and puredata user, you have provided such excellent work and advice to so many faceless folks like myself, it's just a shame i can't return the favour. i hope your exuberant attitude, patience and persistence will reflect upon us all. may your output continue to serve for a long time to come and may your words be an ongoing asset to the pd-list archives. much respect, patrick/dmotd. ___ PD-list@iem.at mailing list UNSUBSCRIBE and account-management - http://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-list
