Hey Rob

I just placed my order. There is a discount code - BKSTRMADNESS - that works
but TODAY ONLY. It gives 25% off.

Total cost for my hard cover, dust jacket version was AUD 88.97.

Cheers

Thanks, Paul

Yesterday I was having the same problem with T-Bird as I was with Live
Mail last week. I am now convinced the problem lies with the ISP & not
the e-mail client.

You were most fortunate to get that image. An impressive looking bird.
We have the Narina Trogon here, also a rare resident of the vestiges of
indigenous forest. I have never seen one.

I just heard back from Postbox technical support:

There's a new command for replying to a list, command-shift-T or Reply
to List under the Message menu.

To which I replied:

OK, that's broken, on a few levels. First of all is that is not the
behavior specified in RFC-822. Second, that adds extra steps to just
making it work the way it is supposed to. Third, when I tried to RTFM
and typed "reply to" into the help menu, this answer didn't show up.

I'm glad to know that there is a workaround for the bug.

thanks Ann. the trogon is found in the tropical and subtropical forests
throughout the world. the colouring may differ. there are a few in the
Americas too so you may have seen one earlier..

Thunderbird started doing that an update or two ago. Igor very kindly
told me how to fix it, but the fix only holds until the program is
restarted and then it goes back to it's old, annoying behaviour. There
is a reply to list button you can put on the toolbar in the customization.

If you aren't using Thunderbird, ignore this.
