Room!  It's famously old-fashioned in everything, 
including the service, and you can get a bottle of the spa water there
too.  Not cheap though
My brother actually lives in Bath, so it was a no-brainer to stay there
on holiday a couple of years ago. He's not in 
one of the famous crescents, but has terrific views across the city anyway!

Thanks John. My wife goes occasionally but I prefer a cuppa in the bath.

us ad kindred spirits and stopped at our table to chat every time he 
came by. Best line: I did the 60's *really well* so I have some 
serious short-term memory loss!

I remember the Pump Room. It's below the Roman baths. The architecture dates to
