Its a camera store demo unit. I don't suppose it gets much TLC. I'm trying to talk them into getting me a sneak preview of the K10, but I have my doubts. K100D antishake test #2
I took a bigger card downtown today, and was able to shoot a few more pictures with the K100D. As before, i used the A600/5.6 as the test lens, but this time, I braced myself on the hood of a Dodge Ram 1500, and locked the focus of the lens to make sure it didn't creep. The first half is with shake reduction off, the second half is with it on. These are full size 2000x3000 pixel files, straight from the camera. I've squished them down a bit to take up less space, but this is still almost a 3mb webpage. http://users.accesscomm.ca/wrobb/temp/antishake/antishake_2/index.html Have fun William Robb -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net

HAR! The 1/45th exposure is almost acceptable. Paul On Aug 16, 2006, at 8:28 PM, William Robb wrote: I took a bigger card downtown today, and was able to shoot a few more pictures with the K100D.
