Now, I know of a good piece of software you can use to paint them pink without getting arrested. Only joking, Kostas

Hi Doug. Some nice shots there, but 007 and 013 are my fav's. Love the older cars. Dave I was in Indianapolis this weekend, and a Buick collector's club was having a show at the same hotel, so I wandered over Saturday evening with a camera to investigate. *istD with 43/1.9 attached. Hey Dave, yeah, the older cars had style. 007 and 013 seem to be the popular choices. Thanks for taking the time to look and type in a comment. Doug [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hi Doug. Some nice shots there, but 007 and 013 are my fav's. Love the older cars. Dave

Doug, I like most well done abstracts, regardless of the subject, but among my favorites are automotive abstracts. I especially like 013, its almost a pen ink drawing. Anything special in post capture? Nicely done, thanks for posting Kenneth Waller -Original Message- From: Doug Brewer [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Fun With Buicks I was in Indianapolis this weekend, and a Buick collector's club was having a show at the same hotel, so I wandered over Saturday evening with a camera to investigate. *istD with 43/1.9 attached. Ken, Nothing special post. Shot RAW, converted to TIFF with IrfanView, duped with PS, minimal amount of USM applied, resized and saved as JPEG. Thanks for the comment. Re: Fun With Buicks
Okay, now I know how a real professional photographer approaches such a subject. There are lovely, Doug. I have learned from them. My parents had Buicks dating to 1954 and 1963. Lovely cars. Joe
Re: Fun With Buicks
Thanks for looking, and for the nice words, Joe. Actually, photographing the cars was kind of an afterthought. I walked over to the show, glanced around, and then I remembered that I had a camera in the truck, so I went back to fetch it. There weren't many people around, so I had the cars pretty much to myself, and I was able to just relax and explore, something I love to do.
