Re: Wet Ones
Bob, you have very keen sense for producing a photo series... I can almost recall me walking with you along your wet walk... Bob, Your gallery makes me hate where I live. There is not walking home from the shops. There are no cool buildings. I like the photos though. Good job. Thanks. Yes, all with the E-1. You're giving him ideas... it's a nice camera. I had no worries at all about walking around with it in the pouring rain all day. The skating shot is intriging. I like the lights on the tree, the side ways motion to them. The people look almost robotic. Dave On Dec 9, 2007 4:51 AM, Bob W [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Thanks. I think the E-1 fits the bill, same as I feel the Pentax *ist DS should be considered one as well. It was between these two cameras that I made my decision to go with Pentax at the end of 2004. Although they've both been superceded by higher performance models, both are still very good choices for producing professional quality photographs. :-) Godfrey -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.

Really nice! I especially like the ice skating one. Good stuff (though I think if you had used a tripod they would have been even better). Re: Wet Ones
Bob, I particularly like three of them... 1) the cream colored building with lighted windows and reflections in the wet foreground, 2) the lamp post(s) and walkway leading under the bridge, and 3) the last one of an industrial site across the water. The reflected light on the water or pavement makes a nice contribution to the mood. Regards, Bob S.
