  Sebelum suatu mesin di operasikan kita mengenal adanya SEA TRAYEL 
sedangkan hasil record data dari sea trayel akan di compare dengan apa yang di 
sebut dengan TEST PROTOCOL RECORD yang sudah di approve oleh class ( contoh : 
ABS / american bureau of shipping ) yang notabene data tersebut di peroleh dari 
pabrik dimana mesin tersebut di buat dan telah di test( contoh untuk wartsila 
engine data test protocol langsung dari finland ). 

Semua data yang anda tanyakan jawabannya ada dalam spec. test protocol dan 
detailnya ada dalam instruction manual books , Semua jenis mesin  baik itu 
putaran rendah , medium maupun tinggi mempunyai standart yang berbeda  Karena 
erat kaitannya dengan sistem Pendinginan , Pelumasan , Pembakaran  pembilasan 
( 
Contoh untuk Niigata 6M34AT tentu akan berbeda spec. normalnya dengan dengan 
Wartsila vasa 6L32N meskipun keduanya sama putaran menengah, sama 4 stroke  , 
namun memiliki sistem pendinginan yg berbeda dimana untuk Mesin Niigata jenis 
ini, tidak mengenal adanya LT water cooling  HT water cooling ).
Jadi untuk kategori normal / tidaknya tekanan  temperature ( FO press, LO 
press, SW/FW press , CA press  normal temperature ) itu tersirat dalam test 
protocol dan detailsnya ada dalam instruction manual book masing 2 mesin . 
Biasanya data tersebut diberikan shipyard sebelum sea trayel dan akan disimpan 
sebagai file di Engine dept , anda bisa menyakan kepada C/E ataupun 2/E.

engineer yg udh malang melintang di dunia mesin perkapala antara lain,
 
Tekan air pendingin dan suhu normalya mesin put tggi dan rendh
Tekan oli dan suhu normalya mesin put tinggi dan rendah
Tekan bahan bakar dan udara bilas mesin put tggi dan rendh
Suhu normaly tiap2 sylinder mesin put tggi dan rendah

To be fluent english seafarer it is not so easy like moving back 
palm of your hand  , it will be take a time and never ending even do , you have 
took  5 years course in the university it's not sufficient enough to be good 
English  speaker because learning is endless , infinity and no limitation for 
the age.
as long as we can understand properly what exactly the people want and we know 
how to speaks clearly what we want. so... that is the real meaning of  English 
we needed.
Again , I believed all the people in this Groups had better English than other 
people outside but just be cool , lets our companion improve their English 
don't 
think that we were the right one in this English matter.
For Mrs Mira : Keep the heart quiet to be cool , self-confidence  success( 
Fluently with English ???why not. )

With all due respect to those have given their comments with regard to the 
importance of english for seafarer I would like to share my thoughts for the 
same. To my understanding learning a language is just like you live the life 
itself, its an activity that we need to do without stopping, just like 
breathing, we have to do it continously for whole life, so its no certain 
length 
period of time  for someone studying english to muster it. We must, whole 
heartedly commit ourselves to this particular subject. There are many ways of 
learning english, taking a course, self-studying by reading books, watching 
foreign televisions or practicing with tourists or foreigners you meet 
somewhere. To my opinion  either ways you are taking, the most important thing 
is that you are to get to be  exposed to the community who use english as their 
communication mean. As for seafarer we have lots of chances to that exposure, 
don't be ashame, practice your english anytime you have chances. Last, it 
worths 
to note that if we want a quality we have to pay more. If you want a proper

Mau ikut numpang, kenapa kita susah berbahasa inggris yang jelas karena 
memang itu bukan bahasa kita, coba liat anak anak bulek masih kecil sudah 
pintar 
berbahasa inggris, demikian juga anak anak kita yg masing masing berasal dari 
berbagai suku, walau masih kecil sudah pintar menggunakan bahasa daerahnya. 
Jadi 
pendapat saya kalau bahasa itu semakin sering kita dengar dan gunakan yakin 
kita 
akan bisa menggunakannya, tinggal bgm kitanya menciptakan suasana 
berkomunikasi, 
DENGAN KURSUS, DENGAN TEMAN, ATAU PERGI KE AMRIK MISALNYA TERSERAH ANDA banyak 
jalan menuju roma, tapi harus di yakini tanpa usaha anda tak akan pernah 
sampai.

We have to go there, we have to stand there, we have to make Indonesian 

seamen on the same level to other countries one.

bisa mengurus segala sesuatunya sendiri dengan biaya murah , 

1.Untuk sign on Passport = anda bisa datang langsung kekantor imigrasi tjung 
priok di sebelah terminal penumpang ferry ( 24 jam buka )  dengan membawa LG .
2.Untuk sign on Seaman book = anda bisa mengurusnya dikantor ADPEL tanjung 
priok 
dengan membawa LG  Agreement / contract ( letter of employment ) biaya Rp 
25.000,- untuk seaman book anda juga bs mengurusnya setelah sign off.
   Saya sarankan mba mengurus NPWP dulu untuk clearance bebas fiskal  jangan 
lupa anda minta ke principal untuk di arrange visa ( entry / seaman visa ) ini 
sangat penting silahkan mba confirm dengan principal mekanismenya mau bagaimana.
