Re: [Perldl] Perldl list moving to sf.net
That is configurable. My first goal was to get the replacement lists up and running. Suggestions for configuration options more than welcome. NOTE: The jach list host did that as well but you should be able to configure your settings on a per-user basis. --Chris On 2/22/2015 01:29, Karl Glazebrook wrote: It's disappointing it's one of those lame lists that emails your password back to you in plain text can we complain? Re: [Perldl] Perldl list moving to sf.net
Hello Chris If you don't mind I would appreciate if the new mailing list gets registered in gmane. The old mainlin list was registered. But the source forge mailinglist I am not sure if would be registered automatically. http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.perl.pdl.general I like to use this page because some reasons: - the classic view is handy with the thread hierarchy and I don't need to store all the emails - I have a permalink for all mails so I can make a reference to any of them in my answers or documents. Saddly that is not possible in googlegroups and SF mailing lists - SF is awful for showing preformatted text that get cut if span the width of the page. - ...
