How many legs? It is difficult to see on your photo. Ticks would have eight legs.

I don't recognize it as one of the usual suspects - book lice are my main catch. It is tiny and looks like dust to the naked eye but under a microscope it looks somewhat like a tick. It measures .485 mm or about one sixty-fourth of an inch. There are actually 20 or 30 of them in this trap, plus one springtail and one spider. Thanks for your help, as always.
