 What happen if in heath check, a backend is ok, soon after health check, 
 backend will unpluged ( so there is an error backend ).
 is there any query will failed ?

No problem.

Health checking is done by a separate process, i.e. pgpool parent.  So
even if pgpool children are blocked by read/write, next round health
checking will detect the failure and do fail over.

 Health check failed because PostgreSQL does not reply
 within
 health_check_timeout seconds. Please check PostgreSQL log.
 If you
 don't find anything strange there, probably the cause is
 network
 physical problem. Maybe switch or hub hardware problem?
