It looks as if it's cylindrical.  (I don't own the camera; this
is based on the description and photos at Pinhole Resource.)
Since the camera uses roll film I think it would have to be
cylindrical -- getting the film to conform to a conical shape
yet alowing it to be advanced for multiple shots on a roll
would seem pretty hard to do.
