Even it it looked like a typo, that was more correct than = 7.0.

Version 7.0 is known to be outdated (obsoleted by distribute), 
versions greater than 7.0 are newer than distribute and can replace 
python-distribute.


= 7.0 does not make any sense. If there is a reason to use newer 
setuptools, that then 7.0 won't do.




so put 7.1 there?
