[SlimDevices: Plugins] underwhelmed by Classical.com
I though Classical.com would be the answer to my thirst for Classical music. Unfortunately it is not. Via the Classical.com app on the Squeezebox controller I can select pre made playlists. Via the website I can create my own playlists, however tracks are added to this list in a random order, never in the order they appear in in the album. When I add a second playlist it never appears on my squeezebox... Furthermore most of the tracks are of quite old recordings, and the quality is sometimes bad. The metadata quality in the downloaded albums is poor. I have a problem with Squeezescrobler. I have version 1.2.3 on SC 7.3.2. Problem: - Similar Artist Radio doesn't work. When I enter an artist, and press play the station apears on my playlist, and the progres bar starts to run, but no music is played, nor is track info displayed. Neighbours and recommended work. Stations stored as favourites don't work. Entering a station name like artist/Norah%2BJones/similarartists works too. The plugin is behaving in an odd way on my system. I have Squeezecenter 7.01, and the Squeezescrobler 1.1.11. When I play a radio station the player always skips a track. After a track is finished I see another track name appear, which then disappears and gets replaced by another one. This one then gets played...
