[pmacct-discussion] mac_src and marc_dst always set to 0:0:0:0:0:0

2006-08-16 Thread Nicolas Fournaux

Good morning all !

I got a problem.

I run pmacct in my debian 3.1 (sarge) with kernel
2.6.8

I choose MySQL, my version table is 1.

The problem is my fields mac_src and mac_dst are
always 0:0:0:0:0:0

Src_port and dst_port are set to 0 also, but it is not
important for me.

All other field are well set.

Did i forget something ? When I ran ./configure I didnt
disable L2 feature

Thanks u very much, PMACCT is a great tool !

Bye

Nicolas

Hi Nicolas,
how are you actually capturing traffic (ie. libpcap, NetFlow v5, NetFlow v9,
sFlow, etc.) ? Posting your configuration might be of help to solve the your
issue.

BTW, it seems like you have not specified relevant keys in your aggregate
configuration directive (ie. aggregate: src_mac,dst_mac,src_port,dst_port).

Cheers,
Paolo
