Hmmm, the logfile suggests that you're still using gcc 11. What does this
show:

$ ls -l platform-*/sysroot-host/lib/wrapper/real/

Indeed. And there are packages for 22.04 for this toolchain release. So I
fixed this compile error, but I cannot find the fix :-/ anymore. I don't
remember but it's probably just an upstream patch.

You can use precompiled toolchains from http://debian.pengutronix.de/
… follow the instructions on that site to install.

The host compiler is too new to build the toolchain. Install gcc-9/g++-9 in
Ubuntu and the run "ptxdist setup" and set

Developer Options   --->
  (cpp-9) host CPP
  (gcc-9) host CC
  (g++-9) host CXX

Or better, update to OSELAS Toolchain 2021.07.0.
