Oof, apologies for false alarm. It was crashing every time for the last week with OO 4.1.8, but I just upgraded to 4.1.9 and it's fine now. (This is on Mac OS 11.1). So I can no longer reproduce, should have updated first! Just for the record, the linked file does NOT crash for me with AOO 4.1.9 on Ubuntu 16.04 and macOS 10.15.7.
