This should be good to re-export, I've deleted all the junk backport
entries from 3.36 on changelog.qgis now.

They definitely shouldn't be in there. Something has gone amiss with the
changelog harvester, I noticed it's put a bunch of entries in overnight
which weren't even present in 3.36 

Do we want the Backports in it?
I already removed all the lines:
"This feature was developed by `qgis-bot `__"

But now it is, without context or images, very raw.

Same question about the 'Feature: Revert “Restore default metadata from 
DB”'-like items.

If we need more time to add stuff, let me know.

I added all bug fixes that had been reported. I am still missing the 
ones from Nyall, perhaps some more as well.
