[Ql-Users] QL Today Issue 3 of Volume 13 is on its way

2009-03-22 Thread SMSQ

Hello everybody,

just wanted to report some good news. QL Today is on its way to all its
subscribers - some readers seem to have received it already, as I can
see from the renewals coming in.

Bruce of Quo Vadis Design has made an agreement with Roy of QBranch - he
has sent all the issues to the QBranch readers this time and hopefully
next time too - details in the current issue, we updated it really
last-second.

Speaking of the issue: 60 pages, masses of articles - extremely
interesting stuff! We feel that's one of the issues with an excellent
mix of articles!

And speaking of renewals coming in: we have set up a new renewal form
for Volume 14 - and if you renew early, you get the subscription cheaper
(saves us sending out reminders, not wasting money on postage etc.)

The renewal form can be found here: http://qltoday.com/subscribe.htm

You can subscribe through Quo Vadis or through J-M-S.

Best regards Jochen

You can learn BASIC but have to be taught C, etc.

Andy Barber

Once you have learned Basic, you're mentally maimed for the rest of your
 life..

Re: [Ql-Users] SERIAL 8056 Printer

2009-03-22 Thread Andy Barber
QUANTA has, in its North West Depot (RWAP's notation for my house!!) a
Serial 8056 second user printer complete with manual and spare paper roll.
(item 1009 if anyone wants to buy it!) Am I sitting on a GOLD MINE or
 merely a lump of COAL?

 Regards,

 John Gilpin.
Does the lucky buyer have to COALlect it???

OK, so coal is nearly pure carbon, so are you a diamond gizzer?
