It has been suggested that the returned mail has the same message ID and Gmail filters it out. Any ideas would be welcome. I thought I might be able to set a Thunderbird filter, but it only works on *one* folder. A clue, which supports the message ID theory. If I send mail via a different smtp server, and not gmail, my sent mail *does* get echoed back to the mailing list. ... so try another smtp server. There should be plenty of free ones, including your ISP presumably. Registration made yesterday and managed to connect/login today, but no confirmation email received.
