This has appeared on eBay but little or no detail, it has two different sized 
ports at the back, anyone know what it is?

From what I can see from the picture this is most likely a Sandy  
SuperQBoard evolution 1 which means the one with the RAM chips on the  
board and a large TMS chip.

That is exactly what it is. It has a floppy and parallel port, tk2 and 512K
RAM.
