Guess what.  George Gwilt just sent me version 4.6 today.  Very minor changes.
 Wait for it to hit Dilwyn's site.

BTW, having the version number change over a month period (or even a couple of
days) is a good thing.  I'd rather have many versions over a short time than
one version over many years.

I'd say a big thanks to George for doing the work.
