You ought to pay oneandone.com and get your own domain with redirection, 
and therefore never have to change again.

jones.co.uk is not free of course, but dilwynjones.co.uk is free.

I can recommend oneandone - registering firshman.co.uk was dead easy on 
line with a credit card.

All you then do is redirect both name@dilwynjones.co.uk and 
www.dilwynjones.co.uk - all for £2 a year total (plus VAT I think)

You can redirect each individual name thus eliminating any other spam.
ie the [EMAIL PROTECTED] one gets form usenet.

Are you sure? This is not the behaviour I experience - provided, of 
course, that the AW doesn't have an item with the same keystroke.
