Hi
  Thought this was interesting because it doesn't have the dreaded mushrooms.

Hamburger Stroganoff

From Our Home to Yours 
Ozark First Church of the Nazarene
2004

1 lb Ground Beef
4 slices chopped bacon
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 10oz can cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Sour Cream
Hot Cooked Noodles

Combine beef, bacon and onion in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until 
meat is browned. Drain. Add soup, salt and paprika to the skillet. Mix well. 
Continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Sour Cream, 
heat thoroughly. But don't boil. Serve over Hot Noodles.

Hamburger Stroganoff

3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 t. bottled minced garlic, OR 1/8 t. garlic powder
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup light cream OR milk
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 oz)
1 envelop stroganoff sauce mix (1 1/2 oz)
1/2 t. dried minced onion
4 oz. fine noodles
1 medium tomato, chopped (2/3 cup)

In a large skillet cook ground beef and garlic until meat is browned. Drain
off fat. Stir in water, cream or milk, mushrooms, sauce mix, and onion. 
Bring
to boiling. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 6 to 8 
minutes
or until noodles are tender. Transfer meat mixture to a serving dish. Top
with chopped tomato. Makes 4 servings.

Hamburger Stroganoff
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 tbs. butter or oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream, optional
Heat the oil or butter and sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add
the meat and brown, then drain of any extra fat.
Add the soup, water, salt and pepper and heat through. 
Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream if you're using it. 
Serve over rice or egg noodles.

Easy Hamburger Stroganoff 
    1 lb. hamburger  
    1 onion, diced  
    1 clove garlic, minced  
    1 can cream of mushroom soup  
    1 cup sour cream  
    2 teaspoons dry mustard  
    4 tablespoons milk  
    salt and pepper, to taste
  Brown hamburger in large skillet with onion and garlic. Drain out
fat and add soup, mustard and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour
cream and heat through without boiling. Add salt and pepper to taste, 
and serve with egg noodles or rice.
