File browsing works great and this is a VERY powerful system so I wouldn't expect it to be related to the load on the machine. Before this change we used to install the drivers on each client machine. When it was set up this way there were no speed problems. Otherwise, you will have to enable the server service on the clients. cheers, jerry -- Hewlett-Packard- http://www.hp.com SAMBA Team -- http://www.samba.org GnuPG Key http://www.plainjoe.org/gpg_public.asc You can never go home again, Oatman, but I guess you can shop there. --John Cusack - Grosse Point Blank (1997) -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.2.0 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://quantumlab.net/pine_privacy_guard/ iD8DBQE+4A/mIR7qMdg1EfYRAsgbAKDsok/FSC8kl5M9kN6bxqQBa3MFVQCeJcUq 1Wk3spYeYJSPNQW05r9lDTQ= =2uXt -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: http://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
