Greetings, Everyone:

Due to Federal Travel Restrictions for FY 2009 we are tentatively
switching the dates for the east and west coast SPDG Regional Meetings.
The meeting in Washington, DC will occur Oct. 1-2, while the Portland,
Oregon meeting will occur Oct. 8-9. Below is the updated schedule to
save to your calendars:

October 1-2: Washington, DC, NERRC & MSRRC states, Day One:
8:30am-4:30pm, Day Two: 8:00-12:00 pm

October 5-6: Kansas City, Missouri, NCRRC & SERRC states, Day One:
1:00-5:00pm, Day Two: 8:30am-4:30pm

October 8-9: Portland, Oregon MPRRC & WRRC states, Day One:
8:30am-4:30pm, Day Two: 8:00-12:00pm

We'll confirm dates and site locations as soon as they are known. If the
date change prohibits you from attending the meeting you selected in our
pre-event attendee survey, please email Audrey at adesj...@uoregon.edu
and let her know what meeting you can attend.

I've changed the survey form to reflect the updated schedule. If you
haven't already done so, we would appreciate your time in completing the
pre-event attendee survey so we have good estimates for our hotel
contracts:

If you have recommendations for this year's agenda and/or you are
willing to assist in planning the agenda, please contact Audrey at
adesj...@uoregon.edu. Similar to last year, each meeting will be
comprised of participants from states located in two of the six RRC
regions. Please review the list below to identify your state's region.
Each state is encouraged to bring up to three people, which includes
your external evaluator.

In the event you are unable to attend the meeting for your particular
region, but you can attend an alternate regional event, please contact
us in advance so we can ensure accommodations. Once meeting sites and
hotel contracts are finalized, an announcement with links to
