Re: CS>Refrigeration; harmful or not?

2018-01-12 Thread Ode Coyote
Pure silver in pure water does not need to be kept in the dark.
Silver Chloride..made by using salt in the brew.. does need to be kept in
the dark and SHOULD be..never to see the light of day, for-ever-more
unused. [Crap kept in a cabinet...or black trash bag in route to the dump]

Cold water has a lower saturation point than warm water, so cooling down a
saturated solution [simply put] will cause dropout. [Silver chunks on the
bottom, no longer in the water]
Unlike a sugar solution that will 'drop back in' [re-dissolve] when the
temperature goes back up, silver won't do that and stays dropped out.

2018-01-11 Thread Neville
Simply put, because a lot of the so called 'CS' is crap, especially store
bought. Consider this, the FDA in the US and the TGA here in Australia have
nothing, repeat, NOTHING to report regarding ANY issue caused by the home
produced EIS product. The only information they can supply is in regard to
'CS' marketed in the store bought product, or by people who don't produce our
stuff properly.

It's not produced using LVDC for commercial market volume sales (mostly, and my
opinion). 'Nuggets/lumps/mud' settles on the bottom. If you shake it around
it disperses into the water and is ingested. If there is no 'mud' settlement
then there is something else *in* the water to keep that 'mud' suspended. Why
do you reckon they sell their stuff in coloured containers? You don't need
blue bottles, or any other coloured glass storage containers with the home
produced EIS, just store it in a cupboard at room temperature, in clear glass
containers. It might turn yellow-ish/golden/or stay clear, either way you
won't find any 'mud' on the bottom of the storage vessel, just perfectly
transparent water, yellow or perfectly clear water.

I never heard there was a problem in shaking CS. In fact, if you purchase CS
from somewhere where it needs to be shipped to you, it's gonna get a lot of
shaking! What's the theory behind no shaking?

Hi MA,

I don¹t know but remember this being discussed on the list quite some time
ago. Think the explanation was, it caused the CS to fall out of suspension.

My query was about CS that I give to my sister, who promptly refrigerates

Thank you and I will spread your information.

Do NOT refrigerate CS.
It will become much weaker if exposed to such cold temperatures.
Try to keep it at room temperature.
