I just did a quick search on amazon.com and found the 'Burma Surgeon,' 'Burma
Surgeon Returns,' and 'The Life of a Burma Surgeon' available in used condition
for prices ranging between 1 cent and $5.39.

Amazing what you can find online isn't it?
