Okay, thanks... I didn't want to get the perfumed kinds that some mentioned
last year - wanted to make sure got a high quality kind. I checked some
stores but they are like 2 or 3 hours away that distills water. So I'll
just go get from a local store and hope it's good.

Water is distilled locally and one distiller may be filling orders for
several brands, so, it's just different area to area.
Further, all distillers have maintenance schedules, so it's gonna be
different day to day, same brand, same location.

We buy from The Water Store locally. Bring your own jug, $0.70 per
gallon. Reads close to zero on my TDS meter and there's no added oxygen
that needs to be driven off.

Which store or brand do you recommend in buying a gallon of distilled
water?

I suppose the powder would work, but TSP is a pretty powerful cleaner often
used to clean and etch enamel paint before a repaint...so it will stick.
In a sense, repainting your teeth is what you are doing.
I'd be cautious with making it too concentrated or exposing teeth to the
mix for very long.
Ionic silver would probably not 'survive' for long in such an environment.
I do use it AFTER brushing and rinsing.
