Laurent,
I don't have any issues. It is worth realizing that most people don't use
dropbear. They use openssh and similar.

Maybe dropbear has a -vvv option (like ssh). To provide more detailed
output. You can also ask on #github IRC channel about it. Service status is
OK.

 Since a few days ago (but I haven't tried committing anything for a
