Have you looked at writing a script for the maildrop filter to accomplish
the desired functionality?

This is something I'm planning to add to a future version of spamdyke.
I would like spamdyke to be able to add, remove or change recipients as a
message arrives.

As for what tools are available to do this now, I don't know of any. Sorry.

 Dear Spamdyke community,

Is it possible to use Spamdyke to quarantine e-mail, e.g., identify
all mail from a certain sender (or other criteria) and send it to a
special mailbox rather than deliver it to the intended recipient?

If not, what other tools are available to do this?

 Thanks for your help.

Sam,

Thanks, I was hoping it would be on the To-do list.

In the meantime, I used .qmail files with condredirect and grep to look for
sender address and redirect the ones I wanted. It works fine on a per-user
basis, but to get it to work for everyone I have to create a .qmail file for
each user, which is not hard to do with a script, but is a potential pain to
maintain. I was hoping there would be a system-wide solution that wouldn't
involve too much programming.

Joe

I looked into it, but I was hoping to avoid installing a new program and
learning a whole new scripting language just for this one little job. I may
yet, if this becomes a habit...

I'm not aware of any spamdyke capability to do this. The closest thing I
know of is http://www.inter7.com/?page=qmailtap. That'll make a copy,
but won't prohibit delivery to the intended recipient. Perhaps you could
patch it to do so.
