Hi a customer with a UPC line has contacted us to ask how a PTR-record for his IPV6-address could be created. I would try to contact one of the techs listed in CAN6-RIPE and ask them to create the domain object. Of just submit the object to the RIPE Robot and hope the techs get the hint when they get a notification and will re-submit it with the approval key or password.
